The Russian brand of urological medical products "VillMedic" took part in the XXI International Congress of the Russian Society of Oncourologists (ROOU). The event took place in early October in Moscow.

The ROOU Congress has been a key platform for professional dialogue between oncourologists for more than 30 years, bringing together leading specialists from Russia and abroad. As part of the scientific program, experts presented their own research data, and the exhibition has traditionally become a place to showcase cutting-edge developments in the field of urology.

At the VillMedic stand, specialized specialists were presented with urine collectors of various types and volumes, products for intermittent catheterization, and sterile self-catheterization kits. The brand’s products are designed taking into account clinical needs: urine collectors ensure airtightness, prevent urine reflux, and provide comfortable fixation, while sterile kits for intermittent catheterization allow the procedure to be carried out safely both in clinical and home settings.

The “WillMedik” brand is part of the import substitution project of the manufacturing company “Bez Barerov. Medical Products” with the support of the Krasnodar Krai Industry Development Fund. Currently, VillMedic is the only Russian manufacturer of lubricated Nelaton catheters and sterile kits for self‑catheterization.

Thanks to the brand's participation in the XXI International Congress of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the possibility of direct dialogue with the expert medical community, new prospects are opening up in the development of future products for the manufacturing company, and for oncourologists, the opportunity to improve the level of care and quality of life for patients.
