In June, the production medical company "WILLMED" launched its own Patient Support Center. Now, patients and their relatives can receive not only all the necessary information about the medical devices produced by the company, but also full-fledged consultations on how to use technical rehabilitation devices at home.

The Patient Support Center was created to improve the availability and quality of services. Specialists will provide advice on product selection, application, storage conditions, and answer other patient questions.

"We understand how important timely support is for patients with stomas. The creation of the Patient Support Center is another step in the company's development and a way to influence the rehabilitation process and make patients' lives more comfortable, not only through the quality of their products but also through human care," said Mikhail Anopko, the company's CEO.

The launch of the new division will also allow the manufacturer to interact directly with consumers, respond quickly to feedback, and take patients' wishes into account when developing the product further.
